We recently had the privilege and pleasure of shooting Augusta - a beautifully finished, incredibly liveable open plan luxury family home (view the full project gallery here).
Tucked away in one of Peregian Springs' most coveted pockets, this home has been completely reimagined to capture the essence of relaxed luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated from hand-applied microcement walls to fluted travertine, ABI Interiors tapware and layered natural textures, creating a sanctuary that feels warm, inviting, and beautifully bespoke.
Step inside and you're immediately welcomed by soft, dappled light and a calm, organic palette that invites you to exhale. The open-plan living spaces flow seamlessly beneath soaring 3.8m ceilings, connecting effortlessly to the lush outdoors. At the heart of the home, the designer kitchen becomes a natural gathering place. Its curved travertine island, microcement splashbacks, and bespoke cabinetry are as practical as they are beautiful, offering the perfect backdrop for slow mornings and long, lingering evenings with friends.
Each of the three bathrooms have been transformed into private retreats. Smooth microcement showers and custom frameless shower screens create a sense of calm, while brushed ABI Interiors tapware and travertine accents elevate the experience to spa-like indulgence. Every choice has been intentional - timeless, textural and designed to last.
Outside, the mood shifts to resort-style relaxation. A sparkling pool glimmers beneath the sun, framed by tropical landscaping and a Mediterranean-style lounging space designed for lazy afternoons and warm evenings under the stars. Whether entertaining guests or enjoying a quiet glass of wine by the water, this is a home that celebrates connection to nature, to loved ones, and to a slower, more intentional way of living.
The master suite opens to the private garden, offering a serene escape, while the remaining 3 generous bedrooms with garden or pool views provide space for family and friends to unwind. Every detail has been considered, creating a home that feels as beautiful to live in as it is to look at.
