I hereby give permission to Raw Media Co. to use my name and photographic likeness (including any images relating to me, my property, documentation of construction and development stages, architectural/building and interior design, property characteristics, etc.) in all legal forms and within any area of media and business for promotion and advertising, trade, exhibition, competition/s, publication and/or any other lawful purpose.

I grant the photographer, Raw Media Co and any of their nominated agents the unrestricted right to use and/or alter any photographic images of me/the property in question/others for whom I may be signing on their behalf surrounding the aforementioned legal uses.

I release the photographer, Raw Media Co and their agent/s from all claims and liability relating to the use of photographic images bearing my likeness (and those who I sign on behalf on) and any text that may be used in conjunction with said images.

I understand that the copyright, intellectual property and all rights to the images taken and used remain in the possession of Raw Media Co. unless prior written approval from Raw Media Co. is given.
